Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen passion fruit pulp
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- lime + sugar + fresh rosemary (optional)
How to make it
- Add the passionfruit, lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Dip the rim in sugar for a sugar lined rim.
- Divide the ice between each cup. Add half of the passionfruit mixture to each cup. Add the sparkling water (divided between the two glasses).
- Optional: Decorate the top with fresh rosemary.
